How do I earn rewards?

For every dollar spent (either online, via phone/email/fax, or with your sales rep) you will earn 1 point. Once you accrue 500 points (by spending $500 in some way shape or form with Mad Style beginning 01/01/2019) you will start getting 5% cashback! CLICK HERE to check your account and click on, "My Rewards" to see all available.

Can I earn rewards on all Mad Style Brands? 

Yes, earn rewards by purchasing Mad Style, Mad Man, or Made2Order items. Sign up or CLICK HERE to check your account history.

Once signed up & logged in, click “CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT”  on the MAD Rewards page or click the bottom right MAD REWARDS button to view your rewards.

How I redeem my rewards? 

When viewing your account online, you can see which rewards you are eligible for. When you are ready to use your rewards, a coupon code will be generated. If you are shopping online simply add that code when you are checking out. If you are making a purchase over the phone, let the Customer Service Representative know which reward you are using & the code generated. We will note which reward you used within your order in our Point of Sale system. If you are placing an order with your Sales Rep, they can check to see which rewards you are eligible for & let you know when they will be using them.


Everything will be tracked within our rewards app on our website or within our internal Point of Sale system.


How will I know which points I am eligible for? 

You can view your point status, account history, and ways to earn points by signing into your wholesale account online and clicking the MAD REWARDS pop-up button on the bottom left of the of screen. You will also get email notifications letting you know eligible rewards, rewards within reach, when you redeem a reward, and a welcome email when you enroll.


Are there any other perks to joining the MAD Rewards program besides 5% cashback after spending $500? 

YES! After your second order, you will receive FREE SHIPPING on all qualifying orders for the rest of the year. Qualifying orders must meet our reorder minimum of $100. Throughout the year we will also offer Double Point rewards, Birthday Bonuses, & any other exclusive Reward Member only deals & sales we come up with throughout the year.

If I have been a loyal customer to Mad, will any of my previous purchases be eligible for the point rewards?

Only purchases made from January 1, 2019 to date will be eligible for point redemption after you have signed up as a loyalty member. In order to launch our new program efficiently & as smoothly as possible we have created this start date for the program.


This is a new program for us. We really want our customers to take full advantage of the program and reap the benefits of being a loyal customer to MAD.
